After years of training, I thought at some point I'd primarily apply my skills instead of needing to learn new things routinely. At 1910, it became clear to me that not only do I expect to continuously learn new things and apply them, to understand diseases and discover therapeutics, but that this constant cycle of learning and application is how I'd prefer my career to unfold. My growth with 1910 has been in depth in my area of AI Research, and in breadth via collaborations in medicinal chemistry, computational chemistry, biology, and across our business and industry more broadly.
